What a Great! start to the Spring Into Irish Dance Sessions

We had several new students join the McGovern Céilí Dancer's Family and I'd like to say Welcome!!

Here is some quick reminders on class etiquette:

1. Always introduce yourselves, shaking right hands and making eye contact with the opposite individual during an introduction is appropriate.

2. Everyone is included and everyone gets a chance. MCD is big on family! We love our dance family!!

3. Buddy up!! If a newer dancer seems a little lost help them out until they better understand where to go and what's happening.

4. Show good manners and sportsmanship. Words like "Please" and "Thank you" are important and basic to good manners.

5. Be Respectful and Listen to your teachers. Do not talk or interrupt when they are instructing you.

We want you to have fun while in our classes, but you are also there to learn. Disrupting class to play around means that you don't learn and your classmates don't learn. The result is we have to use more time to learn, and can't have time for fun, because our work is not done.
